The service

Multiledger is a connector that lets Claude read from several Xero organisations and produce side-by-side and consolidated reports. It is operated by Agenta (agentaconsulting.com). These terms apply to everyone who uses it. Your organisation's agreement with Agenta, if it has one, also applies.

Accounts and access

Agenta sets up each workspace. Workspace admins decide who may use the connector and which organisations each person may use. You connect your own Xero login, and Multiledger can reach only the organisations you can already open in Xero, at the level your Xero role allows. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Read-only

Multiledger asks Xero only for read-only scopes. It cannot create, edit, approve or pay anything in Xero. Bank reconciliation and payroll are not included.

Figures and Claude's answers

Multiledger supplies data from Xero and calculates totals from it. The consolidated figures depend on the group chart of accounts and the mapping your admins set up. Claude's analysis of the data is Claude's own, and Multiledger does not check its reasoning. Check material figures in Xero before you rely on them for a decision, a filing or a report.

Fees

Fees are set out on the pricing page or in your agreement with Agenta. They are in Australian dollars, exclude GST and are billed monthly. There is a one-off setup fee. The first term is 12 months, after which the service runs month to month.

Xero and Anthropic

You need your own Xero access and a Claude plan that allows custom connectors. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with Xero and Anthropic. Multiledger is an independent product, not made or endorsed by Xero or Anthropic.
