Who we are

Multiledger is operated by Agenta, an Australian AI consultancy (agentaconsulting.com). In this policy, "we" means Agenta. You can contact us at hello@agentaconsulting.com.

What we hold

• The details you use to sign in to Multiledger, and the workspace you belong to.
• The Xero tokens created when you connect your Xero login, encrypted at rest.
• The chart of accounts of each Xero organisation you share, which we need to map accounts to your group chart of accounts.
• An activity log of each tool call: who made it, which tool, which organisations and the outcome.

What we do not keep

We do not keep copies of reports, invoices or transactions. They are fetched live from Xero when Claude asks for them and returned to Claude.

How we use it

We use this information to run Multiledger: to sign you in, to read from the Xero organisations you have shared, to build consolidated reports, and to show your workspace admins the activity log.

Data from Xero is never used to train AI models. Xero's developer terms forbid it, and we do not do it.

Claude and Xero

When you ask Claude a question, the data Multiledger fetches is returned to Claude in your conversation. Your use of Claude is covered by your agreement with Anthropic, and your use of Xero by your agreement with Xero. Multiledger is not affiliated with either.

Your choices

You can disconnect Xero in Multiledger at any time, or remove the app under Connected apps in Xero. Your workspace admin can switch your access off. To ask about the information we hold about you, email hello@agentaconsulting.com.
