Pricing
You pay by the number of Xero organisations in your group. Every plan has unlimited users. Prices are in Australian dollars, exclude GST and are billed monthly. Xero API fees and hosting are included.
Setup fee
One-off, from A$1,500
We connect your organisations, build the group chart of accounts and the mapping with you, set up your team and run a handover session. There is no self-serve sign-up yet, so Agenta sets up every workspace.

Questions about pricing
- What counts as an organisation?
- Each Xero organisation you include in Multiledger. Organisations you do not share are not counted.
- Do users cost extra?
- No. Every plan has unlimited users.
- Do we need a paid Claude plan?
- Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans. Check what your Claude plan includes.
- Can we change plan?
- Yes. You can move to a larger plan as your group grows.
- How long is the contract?
- The first term is 12 months. After that it runs month to month.
